Baby Sleep Coaching

Personalised 1:1 coaching for parents of 5-24 month olds, when sleep becomes a bit more predictable — but still feels hard.

Calm Progressions

By 5–6 months, babies become more aware of their surroundings, and their sleep is impacted by physical development, emotional growth, and learned patterns. Crucially, sleep at this age is shaped as much by how a baby experiences the day as by what happens at bedtime. Addressing sleep challenges can feel confusing or elusive without the right support.

My Calm Progressions coaching packages offer holistic, personalised sleep support that considers your baby’s development, temperament, and nervous system needs. I use sleep training when appropriate, but it is a tool — not the foundation.

If you’ve tried advice that should work and still feel stuck, this free guide explains why — and what might help.

Choose the Right Level of Support for You

You can choose between two levels of support, but please know that whichever package you choose, you will get the same quality of sleep guidance. You’re not choosing between better or worse advice — just more or less support while implementing.

What Does It Involve?

Calm Progressions is a 1:1 coaching service designed to meet the unique needs of your baby and family. My work is grounded in developmental science and years of practice working with families just like yours.

At this age, sleep support focuses on:

Understanding the root causes of your baby’s disrupted sleep patterns

Supporting regulation before introducing new skills

Setting your baby up for success through appropriate routines and sleep environment

Introducing gentle sleep training when your baby is ready

Most importantly, my support recognises that progress isn’t built at bedtime alone.
Daytime rhythms, regulation, and responsiveness play a central role in shaping night sleep — and I work with the whole picture.

Curious about how this approach fits in with other early childhood stages?

Success looks different for every family — because babies, parents, and circumstances are all differerent. That said, some of the common sleep goals I work towards with families include:

What Does Success Look Like?

10–12 hours of intervention-free night sleep and solid, predictable naps

A well-rested baby - happier, settled, regulated, and ready to grow and learn

Sleep that feels sustainable and flexible, not fragile or easily undone by curveballs

Calmer, happier, well-rested parents who feel more like themselves again

The confidence and toolkit to respond to travel, illness, or regressions
