Toddler Sleep Coaching

Personalised 1:1 guidance for parents of 2-4 year olds, that recognises the growing role of emotions, autonomy, and regulation in shaping toddler sleep.

Calm Boundaries

As children move through toddlerhood, they develop autonomy, big feelings, and a strong sense of will — all of which tend to show up most clearly at bedtime. That said, sleep challenges at this stage are often less about sleep skills, and typically reflect the whole day — from emotional regulation and boundaries to connection and rhythm, in addition to what happens around bedtime.

My Calm Boundaries coaching package offers holistic, personalised, development-led sleep support that reflects the growing complexity of toddlerhood. Support at this stage helps parents hold calm leadership and navigate sleep with connection, clarity, and confidence.

What Does Success Look Like?

Success at this stage means addressing the underlying causes that disrupted your toddler’s sleep in the first place - so it will look very different from one family to the next, depending on your specific challenges. Having said that, here are some common sleep goals I work towards with my 1:1 clients:

Making bedtime calmer, quicker, and more positive

Reducing night waking or constant resettling

Clear, consistent boundaries that feel supportive

A more cooperative toddler who feels safe enough to rest

Confidence holding limits without guilt or second-guessing
